Will customers find you, or your competitors? And what do they find?
Good businesses here grew by word of mouth. Today, a recommendation is often followed by a Google or AI search, before the customer contacts you. A buyer looking for a builder, a fabricator or a supplier does the same. I close the gap between what your business has proven and what customers find. It starts with a search audit.
“The consistency and professionalism she introduced have not only made us look better but have significantly improved how potential clients find and engage with us.”

I look for what you cannot see.
The search audit is me doing that searching for you. Your website and your Google profile, the listing that shows your hours and phone number, can look fine to you and still be invisible to Google and AI search. What decides that sits behind the page, where no customer looks. I know where to look because I have built and fixed many of them.
You get the results in plain words, with a proposed solution and fix for each item. The audit also shows where what customers find under-sells what your business has proven, and whether a larger piece of work is worth doing.
What is different when I am done.
- You stop losing customers to your competitors. If you cannot be found, or are found with outdated information, that is where they go.
- You know in plain words what customers find today, what is missing, and what to do first, with a proposed solution and fix.
- Your Google profile shows customers your latest services and your business as it is today, with correct contact details.
- You have a simple way to ask for reviews, so the next customer sees proof.
A written report that is yours to keep.
- What a customer sees today, and what is missing behind the scenes, in plain words.
- Ranked by what matters first, so you know where to start.
- A proposed solution and fix for each item.
- A basic fix of your Google profile, included, so customers see your correct services and contact details. If you have no profile yet, I set one up.
- Optional add-ons, priced with the report, so there are no surprises. Larger items are quoted.
- Yours to keep and act on, whether or not you go ahead with me.
One step at a time. You can stop after the first.
The audit and a basic profile fix
I do the searching for you. A written audit of what a customer finds today: your website (up to five pages) and your Google profile. It also covers what is lacking behind the scenes: the details that decide whether Google and AI search can find and trust you, which no customer can see. Ranked by what matters first, with a proposed solution and fix for each item. With it comes a basic fix of your Google profile, or, if you have none yet, I set one up. Delivered within three working days of payment and access.
Optional add-ons
Only what the audit shows you need, and only if you choose it. A website fix is search work on the pages you already have, so that Google and AI search can find, read and list them. It does not build a website or rewrite your content. If your website is one page, about a week. If it has 3 to 5 pages, about two weeks. If your website is built on something I do not work on, or you prefer your own web developer, I write the brief for them and check the result, and I quote you for that. Their charges are separate. Fixing your social media profiles and directories, setting up a website, domain and hosting, larger sites and a second location are quoted from the audit.
The follow-up
Two to four weeks after the work, I look again at how you show up on Google and AI search and send you a short note, set against the audit. What I find, whatever it is.
The audit’s recommendations remain valid for 14 days, because the audit describes what I found that week. Get Found prices remain valid until 31 January 2027. Nothing starts without your yes.
“We engaged Ohna to help increase our visibility and better articulate our brand identity online, and the results have exceeded all expectations. From our very first meeting, it was clear that she didn’t just want to provide a service; she wanted to understand us. The consistency and professionalism she introduced have not only made us look better but have significantly improved how potential clients find and engage with us. Communication was seamless, and she managed the process with a level of care and insight that made us feel completely supported.”

A fair question to ask yourself.
If your work has grown by word of mouth, you are exactly who this is for. So are you if your website and Google profile were set up a few years ago, or nobody keeps them up to date. A recommendation gets people to your name. What they find when they look you up decides whether they call. If one new customer is worth more than R3,000 to your business, start here.
Why do you charge for the audit?
So that it can be honest. A free audit is a sales tool: it looks for problems it can sell you. A paid audit is a piece of work you keep, and it comes with a basic fix of your Google profile, so something is fixed from the first step.
Do I have to go ahead after the audit?
No. That is entirely your choice. The report is yours to keep, with prices for anything else it recommends, if you decide to go ahead. There is nothing more to pay, and the decision stays with you.
Do I need a Google profile, or a particular kind of website?
No. If you do not have a profile, I set one up as part of the R3,000. If your website is built on something I do not work on, or you prefer your own web developer, I write the brief for them and check the result, and I quote you for that. Their charges are separate.
I already have a Gmail address. Is that enough?
A Gmail address is your email. With Google Business Profile I mean the listing that shows your hours and phone number when someone searches for what you do on Google or the map. Your Gmail can own that listing. I never ask for your password: you invite me as a Manager, and I send you a short guide, or we do it together on a call.
Pages that earn the call. And keeping it right.
Get Checked
The pages a buyer looks at before they call: what you do, the work you have done and the proof behind it, built from your real work. What those pages are depends on your business, and I quote it from the audit.
Stay Found
What was fixed stays fixed. I keep your website, your Google profile and your reviews right from month to month. I can quote you for it, and you can stop it at any time with a written note.
What customers find will reflect your business as it really is.
After the audit and the work you choose, what customers find will reflect your business as it really is. I do not promise a ranking position, and I do not promise a mention by an AI assistant. No honest provider can. Google decides when and where your pages appear, and it verifies a new profile through its own process. Google may ask for a video or a postcard, and that step is yours.
I ask for access, never your passwords: you invite me as a Manager on your Google profile and as a user on your website, and I send you a short guide, or we do it together on a call. I note every change I make. Travel outside Malmesbury, or time spent getting access for you, is quoted separately.
WhatsApp me to discuss the audit and costs.
Let me help you get found. I will reply the same day and send you the summary and agreement. If you would rather talk first, book a Discovery Conversation.
